MEXICO CITY - It was an All-American effort at the
third annual NFL Youth World Championships.
For the second consecutive year, a United States
team won the 12- to 14-year-old 5-man no contact division.
Imperial Valley Chargers of El Centro, Calif.
comfortably defeated Tomken Road Public School of Toronto, Canada
43-20 to win the championship game.
Imperial Valley defeated Wa-Ryong Junior High of
Seoul, South Korea 69-20 in the semifinal to earn the right to
play in the title game. Tomken Road Jdefeated hometown favorite
Los Diablitos of Mexico City 37-32 to advance to the finals.

remaining in the NFL's youth 5on 5 no contact Championship. The Aussies defeated the USA
29-12 in the semis while Japan defeated Korea 22-15.In the quarters Korea defeated Mexico
32-31 and USA defeated Germany 35-18.
